Not managing conflict in the workplace effectively can lead to significant costs for employers, both in terms of management time and legal costs, as well as ongoing disruption in the business. With the abolition of employment tribunal fees resulting in a huge increase in employment tribunal claims, effective conflict management is of increased importance to employers.
To help employers put in place practical measures to deal effectively with conflict in the workplace, the Employment Team at Moorcrofts in conjunction with the Trusted Coach Directory is pleased to invite you to a free seminar where you can hear the Employment Team and experienced Executive Coaches provide practicable and accessible advice in the following areas:
- Taking the grief out of dealing with grievances – Matt Jenkin
- How to turn a difficult conversation into a constructive conversation – Annabel Harper
- Understanding conflict and how to manage it effectively – Caroline Duncan
The seminar is suitable for: HR professionals, senior managers and business owners.
