Sally has specialised in employment law since she qualified as a solicitor in 2005. She joined Moorcrofts in 2016, having previously been a partner in the Thames Valley offices of Penningtons Manches LLP.
Sally advises on all aspects of employment law, ranging from disciplinary and grievances processes through to more complex issues such as redundancies, discrimination issues, TUPE (Transfers of undertakings) and business restructuring arrangements. Sally has extensive experience of managing Employment Tribunal proceedings and works closely with colleagues from other departments to provide support on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions. She has worked with clients from a wide range of sectors including professional services, hospitality, retail, environmental services, facilities management and charities.
In addition to the support which she offers to employers, Sally also advises senior employees on their contracts of employment, disputes with their employers and issues arising from the termination of their employment.
