Kierendeep joined the Corporate team at Moorcrofts recently. Prior to this, Kierendeep was a Trainee Solicitor in the London office of a regional law firm, handling Company and Commercial, Litigation, Private Client, Commercial and Residential Property and Immigration cases.
Kierendeep got her LLB (Hons) in Law from City University, London in 2008 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) from the College of Law, Bloomsbury in 2009. After qualifying, she worked in HM Revenue and Customs Solicitor’s Office working in high value tax fraud litigation and for a city law firm as a paralegal handling corporate and commercial matters, then at Devonshires Solicitors as an Intervention Manager, investigating professional misconduct on behalf of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
Kierendeep’s experience includes share sale and purchase agreements, due diligence, disclosure, corporate fundraising, EMI option agreements, share buybacks, shareholders agreements, articles of association and corporate restructuring for both domestic and international clients, as well as advising international clients on setting up UK businesses. In addition to all this, Kierendeep speaks Punjabi fluently.
